2015 Lasting Impressions Honors Howie Kiesel
This year the Jewish Historical Society of New Jersey honored JHS's past-president Howie Kiesel of Short Hills, NJ. Howie has given many years of distinguished service to the community while holding a number of leadership positions: chair of both the UJA and Israel Bond campaigns in Springfield; President of Temple Sha’arey Shalom in Springfield, President of the Metropolitan NJ Conference on Soviet Jewry; board member of the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, board member of the Healthcare Foundation of NJ; vice-president of the Hebrew Free Loan Association and the Community Relations Committee of Greater MetroWest.
